This is a digital service concept I produced in response to a brief focused on addressing and finding a solution for a stated problem, for my second year university module. The stated problem I decided to take on was students struggling to adapt to new environments. My project was focused specifically on students at the University of Portsmouth. In response to the brief I designed and developed Hello Portsmouth, a navigation app centred around helping students and residents find their way around the city of Portsmouth In the form of a fun, effective and efficient digital service. As part of the project I created a prototype of my service on Figma, which allowed me to the test functionality and design success my service.
